The Ponist Law Group has extensive real estate knowledge. Sean Ponist previously served as in-house counsel for one of the nation’s largest commercial real estate investment brokerage companies. There, he was responsible for advising, defending and prosecuting claims on behalf of the brokerage company as well as its more than 1,500 agents and employees.

Thereafter, as a partner at a well-established law firm in San Francisco, Sean handled a broad range of real estate matters. He presently serves as the Vice-Chair of the Real Property section of the San Francisco Bar Association and is the past Chair of the Real Property section of the San Diego County Bar Association.
